of Using main24

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the main24 website accessible at main24.wine, including all pages, services, games and features found within it.
• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who registers and/or uses the services provided by main24.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total amount of funds (in RM / MYR) held in a User's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — refers to additional funds or other benefits granted to a User subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a related bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
• "main24" — refers to the platform operator, operating under international licensing.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use main24's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Register with information that is truthful, accurate and complete. Any false information may result in immediate account closure.
• Not have had a previous account closed by main24 for breach of terms.

3. User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the main24 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of all balances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notifying main24 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring your account information is always current and accurate.

main24 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use if you fail to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

4. Deposits and Payments

main24 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit terms that apply:

• The minimum deposit for each method is RM20.
• All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. main24 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Funds deposited into a main24 account are for gambling and betting purposes only.
• main24 does not guarantee that all payment methods are available at all times. Any technical disruptions from payment providers are beyond our control.

5. Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours once the request is confirmed.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to the operator's policy.
• Any bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.
• main24 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

main24 offers various bonuses to our members. Our welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit of up to RM1,500. For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10). If you deposit RM3,200, the bonus is RM1,500, bringing your balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM15,000 (RM1,500 × 10).

General terms for all bonuses:

• The wagering requirement is 10 times the value of the bonus received. Once this requirement is met, the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• main24 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting loopholes in promotion terms — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the main24 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other games — are subject to their own specific rules. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before participating.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption, main24 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return the wagered funds to the user's account.
• main24 is not responsible for missed betting opportunities resulting from an internet connection interruption on the user's end.
• All RTP (Return to Player) values are long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any specific gaming session.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled.

8. User Conduct

Users of the main24 platform must comply with the conduct standards set out below. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical method to automate activities on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in a planned manner to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about main24 to other parties.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors in the main24 system.
• Disrupting the experience of other users by any means.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, main24 is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account use where a user has failed to protect their login details.
• Any indirect, consequential or unforeseen damages arising from the use of the platform.

main24 provides services "as is" without any express or implied warranties except as specifically stated in these Terms.

10. Account Closure

main24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account unilaterally for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Fraud, illegal activity or conduct that harms the platform or other users.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents when requested.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the main24 support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned after the final review is complete, provided no terms violations are under investigation.

11. Changes to Terms

main24 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

For significant changes, main24 will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notifications, though this is not an absolute obligation on our part.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licensing under which main24 operates.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the main24 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation with our support team. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Malay and English.

If negotiation fails to reach a satisfactory resolution, the parties agree to use the dispute resolution procedures set out by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
